Zesty Homemade Pizza

  • One batch of whole wheat pizza dough

  • Marinara sauce

  • Zesty microgreens

  • Fresh grated mozzarella cheese

 

  1. Toss your dough into a circular shape (tip: use cornmeal not flour to prevent it from sticking)

  2. Spread a thin layer of sauce onto the dough

  3. Sprinkle fire blend microgreens over sauce

  4. Cover with mozzarella cheese

  5. Bake & Enjoy!

Great Start Omelet

  • 4 fresh eggs

  • 1 tbl milk or cream

  • Onion diced

  • Tomatoes diced

  • Earthy microgreens

  • Fresh grated monterey jack cheese

 

  1. Beat the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper in a bowl

  2. Warm a pan with butter over medium heat

  3. Saute the onion and tomatoes until just soft

  4. Pour in the egg mixture, lifting up the sides to let the runny yolk get to the bottom

  5. Flip over and add microgreens and cheese

  6. Fold in half and slide onto your plate, enjoy!

Florida Grown Salad

  • 1/2 cup sunflower microgreens

  • 1/2 cup earthy microgreens

  • 1/2 orange peeled and cubed

  • 1/2 avacado peeled and cubed

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot

  • 1/4 cup radish microgreens

  • 1/4 chopped walnuts

 

  1. Rinse microgreens and allow to drip dry (pressing them with a towel can crush the delicate plants)

  2. Add the rest of the salad ingredients

  3. Shake up 2 tbl grapefruit juice, 2 tbl orange juice, 1 tbl oil, and a pinch of salt in a jar

  4. Pour over salad & enjoy!

Peppery Grilled Flank Steak

  • 1 flank steak

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbl olive oil

  • 5 garlic cloves, pressed

  • 1 tbl cracked pepper

  • Onion, sliced thin

  • Butter

  • 1/2 cup of zesty microgreens

 

  1. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and cracked pepper; marinate steak over night in the refirgerator

  2. Preheat grill and grill steak aproximatley 3-5 minutes per side depending on thickness and prefrence

  3. Remove from grill and allow to rest on a plate for 3-5 minutes

  4. Meanwhile in a skillet add a small amount of butter and saute onions until they begin to brown

  5. Add in 2 more tbl spoons of butter until melted

  6. Drizzle onion and butter over warm steak

  7. Top with fire blend microgreens & enjoy!

Seared Tuna With Vibrant Microgreens

  • Sustainably sourced fresh tuna

  • Sesame seeds, light and dark mixed

  • Grapeseed oil

  • 1/2 cup sunflower microgreens

  • 1/4 cup earthy microgreens

 

  1. Take serving platter and spread sunflower microgreens to create a bed

  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on tuna and dredge in sesame seed until coated

  3. Heat pan with oil until it just begins to smoke

  4. Place tuna in pan and quickly sear each side of the steak until sesame begins to turn golden

  5. Remove from pan and slice into 1/4 inch pieces

  6. Place on bed of sunflower microgreens and top with earth blend microgreens

  7. Serve with wasabi and soy sauce, enjoy!
